Kelly strives to achieve these goals through projects & initiatives such as the Kelly Soweto Branch which boasts better employment opportunities, training & upskilling of the community. Ikusasa Lami, a partnership between the Department of Education, Editworks and Kelly, addresses critical skills shortages, by identifying talent in disadvantaged schools providing them with career development through job-shadowing opportunities. Activities also extend to 16 Days of Activism Against Gender Violence, Wellness@Kelly and projects alike.
