Chief Executive Officer

Kelly CEO, Kay Vittee is a strong believer in hands-on business leadership, Kay inspires her organisation to live the essence of superior customer service, delivered through the personal touch. She’s an accomplished business woman, holding a Master’s in Business Administration, a B.Com (Banking and Economics) and various other financial and marketing qualifications.

Amongst her many personal recognitions is the Top Woman Award for outstanding contribution and commitment to the empowerment of women, and the DTI’s - CEO’s Leading the Way Award, in appreciation of her commitment to advancing equality between women and men in business.


 
 
 

Julie Boshoff

Managing Executive: Finance and Business Enablement

In 2015 Julie was appointed as the Kelly Managing Executive: Finance and Business Enablement. Julie’s astute financial acumen, administrative precision and commitment to social responsibility is an incredible asset to Kelly and the professional recruitment industry which we serve.

Broadly speaking, Julie ensures that Kelly continues to deliver the stable, trustworthy permanent and short-term staffing solutions that candidates and clients have come to expect. Her extensive knowledge and experience maintains the smooth administration of Kelly.

 

 
 

Stephen Shields

Managing Executive: Operations

In 2005, Stephen was appointed as the General Manager for the Gauteng region, for all Kelly business activities. In this role he was responsible for operational execution, strategy implementation and business growth for the greater Gauteng, Nelspruit and Polokwane regions. At the same time, Stephen also headed up the National Key Account teams for Strategic Relationships and Growth for all Financial Services Clients, a significant contributor to Kelly’s revenue.

Stephen was appointed in the position of Managing Executive, Kelly effective July 2015. Prior to joining Kelly, Stephen spent 7 ½ years working for the Southern Sun Group (now Tsogo Sun). During his time at Southern Sun, Stephen spent time within a number of Hotel properties, being exposed to various aspects and disciplines within the hospitality and hotel industry. Stephen held various senior management positions within the Southern Sun hotel group, including prestigious properties such as the Sandton Sun and Johannesburg International Airport Holiday Inn, during 1996 and 2000.

Stephen is deeply passionate about people and leadership, and his management philosophy is built on a solid foundation of client centricity.
