We believe it is our responsibility, as a good corporate citizen, to continue the development and uplifitment of the workforce and economy that we serve. This has given birth to a dedicated Socio-Economic Development Programme at Kelly, which resulted in
Empowerdex rating us a Level Two BBBEE contributor.

Continuing to adhere to the Decent Work Principle as set out by the International Labour Organisation.

 

Continuing to pioneer in and adhere to Regulations and Social Protection for workers in all working conditions.

 
 

Continuing to develop new strategies for effective Disability Recruitment.

 

Working with the Youth of South Africa to cultivate a sustainable workforce for the future.

 
 

Kelly has successfully recruited Persons With Disabilities (PWD) for BankSETA for the past three consecutive years. Kelly can be relied on for a professional contribution with a record of success.
