Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm stock levels and delivery timelines
- Monitor usage and sales trends to forecast demand
- Conduct price checks to stay competitive in the market
- Place and process orders across multiple locations.
- Manage supplier credits, customer invoices, and internal inventory write‑offs
- Support marketing promotions and supplier training initiatives
- Source new products and suppliers to strengthen our offering
- Coordinate returns and aged stock for optimal supply chain efficiency
Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12
- 2–4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain / inventory management
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Confidence in telephonic and written communication
- Numeracy skills with accuracy in calculations
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple procurement tasks
- Computer literacy and negotiation skills
