Our client in the Automotive Manufacturing industry is seeking a qualified Quality Management Systems (QMS) Officer.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and ongoing compliance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with company and applicable standard requirements.
- Ensure proper control, accuracy, and availability of QMS documentation to support effective and consistent daily operations.
- Support internal and external audit activities through systematic preparation, documentation control, and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor compliance of operational activities against QMS requirements and report identified gaps or nonconformities to responsible functions.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to support effective implementation of quality system requirements and continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
- Matric
- Degree in related field
- Able to understand and work with quality-related documents such as drawings, process flow charts, PFMEA and control plans.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the Automotive industry
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001:2015 standards
