Our client is seeking Telesales Consultant based in Sandton and have a positions in Banking, Health and Life Cover.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
- Maintain accurate records and statistics of queries
- Conduct Financial Needs Analysis
- Achieve sales and quality targets
- Overcome objections with confidence
- Manage administration and adhere to service level agreements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Matric
- NQF5 and RE5 qualification – non negotiable
- Class of Business
- 6 months – 1 year sales experience, outbound telesales environment
- Knowledge of health products is advantageous
