Specialist Trainer / Coach


Our client is seeking a Specialist Trainer/Coach to join their team. This role is key to deliver high-impact and coaching interventions that aligns with regulatory requirements (e.g. FAIS and RE). The role includes digital learning integration, face to face training and assessments.



Responsibilities

  • Soft skills training as per business unit
  • Deliver adhoc training based on business needs
  • Update training material to meet the business and regulatory standards
  • Provide post-training reports and feedback
  • Identify training needs on an ongoing basis
  • Co-ordinate and administer e-learning system and in person training schedules
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of learning and development
  • Communicate progress and outcomes of these learning initiatives
  • Report monthly to relevant stakeholders
  • Schedule and conduct coaching sessions in all call centres
  • Identifying areas of strength and improvement in individual staff and communicate this through to management
  • Plan and organise training correctly and timeously
  • Ensure training is aligned to FSCA regulations, TCF principles and business requirements
  • Provide accurate feedback on delegates’ progress
  • Conduct knowledge and skills assessments
  • Support DOFA management by tracking compliance deadlines (RE, qualifications, COB)
  • Update training modules to include legislative changes (Board Notices, Fit and Proper updates)
  • Provide one-on-one and group coaching to learners preparing for Regulatory Examinations
  • Support learners with examination techniques
  • Maintain and build relationships with Moonstone


Requirements

  • Matric/Grade 12
  • 2 years + experience in Training and Development NQF 4 or 5 (advantageous)
  • RE1 and RE5/ FAIS qualification
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in Learning and Development
  • Experience in coaching, Training and Development in a call centre environment
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Passion for Learning and Development
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Familiar with digital learning tools (e.g. MS Teams, Learner Management systems etc.)
  • Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to work effectively with large datasets
  • Experience in training and coaching employees and representatives to obtain RE qualification for all FSP
