Our client is looking to employ an Apple Support Engineer

POSITION:

Apple Support Engineer

LOCATION:

Pinelands

SALARY:

R300 000 per Annum

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct a daily review/confirm the schedule
  • Assess appointment needs and prepare for the tasks ahead.
  • Maintain communication with the coordinator regarding the daily agenda/any unresolved matters.
  • Meet the requirements of the appointment.
  • Refer unresolved issues to the appropriate person.
  • Complete all necessary documentation, ensure the client signs all required company forms/collect payment.
  • Submitting of documents and payments as per the company policy and timelines
  • Managing of tickets assigned to you and resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Matriculation certificate is a must!
  • 5 Years maintain Apple Macintosh desktop and laptop and IOS devices
  • Certify as an ASP (Apple Support Professional) to the latest released version of the Macintosh Support Essentials.
  • Apple Business Manager     
  • Certify as an MCNA & MCRE (Advantageous)
  • Certified JAMF 100 & 200 engineer (JAMF 300 & 240 Jamf School advantageous
  • Unify Wifi certifications advantageous
  • Good understanding of Wifi / Networking principles
  • Drivers License is a must!
