Customer Care Specialist/ Internal Sales SAP

As a vital member of our dynamic Customer Care Team, you will engage with customers through inbound phone and email channels, handling quotes, sales orders, and general sales and customer service inquiries.

Additionally, you will play a key role in outbound contact campaigns to generate new sales orders and leads. Your responsibilities will also extend to assisting with logistics, inventory control, and purchase order processing.


  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer requests for quotes
  • System entry of sales orders
  • Respond to general customer inquiries
  • Conduct outbound customer contact as part of sales campaigns
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism
  • Adhere to agreed processes and quality systems
  • Perform debtor’s and creditors functions
  • Process purchase orders
  • Assist with logistics and inventory control


  • Advanced expertise in SAP
  • Significant time working as part of a customer care/service team handling sales-related customer contact via telephone and email
  • Complaint handling experience
  • Confident in engaging with customers via phone and email
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Handle multiple phone/email queries per day
