We are seeking dynamic and motivated Insurance Sales Agents with qualifications in RE5, Class of Business (COB), and NQF Level 4 or 5 to join our client in Sandton within the Medical Aid Industry. The successful candidates will focus on short-term and long-term insurance sales, and banking products, engaging potential customers over the phone, identifying their needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions.
This position is ideal for individuals with experience in a fast-paced sales environment, specifically within the insurance industry, and who meet all regulatory and qualification requirements.

Three Month retainer
Uncapped commission structure
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to offer short-term and long-term products
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Present product features and benefits to clients in a clear persuasive manner
- Accurately capture client information and follow the necessary administrative processes
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients
- Stay up to date on the latest insurance products, industry trends and regulatory
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently discuss products offering
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Matric
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in an outbound sales environment – Insurance
- Previous experience at brokerages is welcome
- Regulatory Examination (RE5) Certificate is mandatory
- Class of Business (Short-Term or Long-Term Insurance) qualification required
- NQF Level 4 or 5 in insurance or related field required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex clearly and convincingly
- A passion for sales and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
