Personal Assistant

SALARY

R420 000 – R450 000 TCTC per annum 

SUMMARY 

We are looking for professionals for professionals. Office professionals who are the reason for the success of the office are the professionals we are looking for. Personal Assistants who have advanced skills in MS Office particularly Excel are needed for our corporate blue-listed clients. Strong organisational skills, a high level of integrity and confidentiality will make for the ideal candidate.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acting as a point of contact between the exec and clients or internal staff
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Producing reports presentations and briefs
  • Typing minutes of meetings
  • Diary Management
  • Travel Arrangements
  • Implementing and maintaining the filing system
  • Any other duties as outlined by the KPI 

  MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric | Grade 12
  • Diploma/ Certificate in Office Administration
  • Minimum 5 years holding the same or similar role
  • Advanced Computer skills in MS Office
  • Own Car
  • Valid Drivers’ Licence
