Our client is looking to employ a Receptionist based in Ndabeni.

SALARY
R120 000 – R144 000 per annum
Responsibilities
- Manage switchboard/Reception
- Accurately taking messages
- Welcome visitors and staff in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage access control to the main entrance
- Accept company deliveries
- Managing stationary stock, orders, and distribution to staff
- Manage bookings for all meeting rooms
- Arranging refreshments for meetings / visitors
- Record keeping for daily attendance /Health and Safety registers
- Filing of invoices, delivery notes
- Laminating, photocopying, and shredding
- Updating notice board with announcements
- Assisting with social committee events
- Assisting with restocking the vending machine
- General administrative support to HR department
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
- Grade 12 / Matric is a must!
- 2-3 years’ experience as a frontline receptionist and an administrative supporting role
- Must be proficient in MS Office
- Must have a professional and confident telephone etiquette
- Must have the ability to organise, multitask and priorities and able to work in pressurised environment.
- Pay attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency
