RESPONSIBILITIES

CLIENT INTERACTION
• Welcome all clients to the service centre in a Professional and friendly way.
• Manage and address all client requirements at the front desk.
• Ensure that waiting clients are offered refreshments
• Escalate service issues to Service Centre Team Leaders, when required.
• Liaising with clients.

SERVICE PROCESS MANAGEMENT
• Creating new repair jobs on the system.
• Ensure correct warranty status of device is captured
• Ensure customers are aware of our Terms & Conditions / any charges
• Ensure completion of company documentation as per policy and procedure and signed by the client
• Attach all relevant paperwork to repair
• Obtain / process payments (cash / credit card)
• Run appropriate diagnostics
• Ensure that all devices have been cleaned before client collects / outstanding payment are received / documentation are signed.

RECEPTION AREA
• To ensure that the reception area is clean and tidy at all times
• To ensure that the credit card equipment is in working condition
GENERAL ASSISTANCE
• Assist with the phones and queries / Monthly stocktake
• Daily cash up completed on time

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Available to start immediately
• 1 Year Service / Technology experience
