We are seeking an individual fluent in Portuguese to join our dynamic management team in as a Half-Day Personal Assistant role. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO and senior sales executives in a fast-paced, professional environment.

POSITION
Personal Assistant (Half Day)

LOCATION
Paarden Eiland Cape Town

SALARY
R14 4000– R180 000 per annum

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including diary management, email correspondence, and document preparation.
  • Assist two senior sales executives with reporting, coordination, and supplier communication.
  • Compile and manage data spreadsheets and perform basic costings using Excel.
  • Draft professional emails and liaise with international suppliers.
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems and support general office tasks.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

  • Available immediately (Preferred)
  • Grade 12 / Matric is a must!
  • 2- 3 years Personal Assistant experience
  • Fluency in Portuguese (spoken, read, and written) is essential due to regular communication with international contacts and suppliers.
  • Pay attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency
    Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent computer literacy and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Sage is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
