POSITION
Returns / Supplier Co-Ordinator

LOCATION
Pinelands

SALARY
R120 000 – R156 000

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Liaising with clients regarding faulty items
  • Checking item warranties
  • Testing of items
  • Swopping / sending items to supplier
  • Logging of returns
  • Doing follow-ups with suppliers and informing clients
  • Processing of credit notes
  • Receiving of items from couriers
  • Price changes
  • Weekly / Monthly Stocktaking

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Matric advantageous
  • 2 – 3 years Returns / Supplier Co-ordinator experience /IT Retail Industry environment
  • Computer literate on MS Word and Excel
  • Paying attention to detail
  • Teamwork
  • Stress Management
  • Good numeracy skills / able to perform basic calculations
  • Good written and verbal communication is must.
