Our client is looking to employ a Returns / Supplier Co-Ordinator

Returns / Supplier Co-Ordinator

Pinelands
SALARY
R120 000 – R156 000
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Liaising with clients regarding faulty items
- Checking item warranties
- Testing of items
- Swopping / sending items to supplier
- Logging of returns
- Doing follow-ups with suppliers and informing clients
- Processing of credit notes
- Receiving of items from couriers
- Price changes
- Weekly / Monthly Stocktaking
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric advantageous
- 2 – 3 years Returns / Supplier Co-ordinator experience /IT Retail Industry environment
- Computer literate on MS Word and Excel
- Paying attention to detail
- Teamwork
- Stress Management
- Good numeracy skills / able to perform basic calculations
- Good written and verbal communication is must.
