Our client is looking to employ as Compliance Agent
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and compliance audits
- Manage case investigations /prepare assessments for claims
- Issue compliance orders when required
- Facilitate mediations and conciliations related to industry agreement compliance
- Provide education and training on labour conditions and collective agreements
- Document, capture, and maintain accurate records on relevant systems
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective case management
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Matric / Grade 12
- Relevant Degree or Postgraduate Diploma
- A valid driver’s license with own motor vehicle
- Proficiency in at least two languages
- Basic computer skills
- Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a related environment
- HR/ER experience i.e. disciplinaries, CCMA, etc.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
