Our client is looking to employ as Operations Manager (EE Position)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the new business and maintenance areas across multiple product types.
- Ensure smooth administration of Discretionary Products, Living Annuity policies, Endowment policies, and Individual Retirement Funds.
- Drive operational efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction through strong leadership and process optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain high standards of accuracy, turnaround times, and service excellence.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Matric with Mathematics
- Relevant Degree/Tertiary Qualification is a must!
- Leadership or Management Development Qualification / experience is non-negotiable
- 6–8 years’ experience in the LISP industry, with at least 3 years in a management role
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Excellent client service orientation
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
- Innovative thinking with a performance-driven mindset
- Ability to function independently and thrive under pressure
- Exceptional communication skills
