Telesales Consultant (Financial Services)

SALARY

First 3 months Retainer, thereafter commission only, if targets are met, one has the opportunity to make in the region of +/- R38K and over. Benefits include Medical Aid, Provident Fund and Group Life – keen to be discussed in detail.

Our client is seeking Telesales Consultant (Health) based in Century City.



RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and pursue sales opportunities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism

Maintain accurate records and statistics of queries

Conduct Financial Needs Analysis

Achieve sales and quality targets

Overcome objections with confidence

Manage administration and adhere to service level agreements 



MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Matric

NQF5 and RE5 qualification – non -negotiable

Class of Business

6 months – 1 year sales experience, Outbound Telesales environment

Knowledge of health products is advantageos
