Sales Order Management Specialist

Our client is looking to employ a Sales Order Management Specialist based in Cape Town
RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Look after all sales orders for B2B, Website & Telesales Team
- Allocate Stock to sales orders and Invoice Orders out accordingly
- Make sure that all invoiced goods are in the delivery section for the drivers on a daily basis
- Help storeman with stock takes once a month
- Send ETA report to buyers on a weekly basis
- Keep salespeople up to date
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Matric
- Available to start immediately
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar environment.
- Computer literate on MS Word and Excel
- Able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Building Effective people relationship skills
