We are seeking motivated and ambitious graduates to join a 24-month Graduate Internship Programme, designed to provide hands-on industry experience, professional development, and exposure to innovative engineering environments.
Minimum Requirements
- To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must:
- Completed or currently completing a BEng, BSc, BEngTech, or BTech qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Electronic Engineering.
- Graduated in 2025 or 2026, or due to graduate in 2027.
- Achieved a minimum average of 65% in their 4th year (Honours/final year).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- South African citizen.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Show a passion for engineering, technology, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training and development programmes.
- Gain exposure to real-world engineering and operational projects.
- Support engineering teams in process improvement, troubleshooting, and innovation initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Apply technical knowledge to solve practical engineering challenges.
