Aluminium, steel, non-ferrous alloys, rechargeable lithium-ion batteries, chemicals, electronics and welding consumables.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Administer the payroll function.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION REGARDING THE JOB
In this position, you will be part of our Finance team with the added exposure of working closely with our People Department with the goal of managing the payroll function to ensure legal compliance, and timeous, accurate payment of salaries. You will also be part of our annual budget and monthly reporting process to ensure optimal profitability.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Administer the payroll to ensure legal compliance (e.g. Tax Act, BCEA, UIF, etc.).
- Accurate and timeous payment of salaries.
- Administer, prepare and submit reports.
- Leave administration.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Finance/Payroll Administration
- 2 years’ experience in payroll administration
