MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Matric / Grade 12
- Relevant tertiary financial qualification
- Completion of Regulatory Exam 1
- 8–10 yearsClient Services Manager / Banking/ Lisp Environment experience
- At least 5 years in management
- Client-focused, collaborative, and results-driven
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, innovate, and thrive under pressure
- Positive, enthusiastic, and empathetic attitude
