Purpose of the Job

The successful incumbent will be responsible for driving the growth of cullet recoveries by establishing regional collection centres and proactively identifying, engaging, and developing relationships with both existing and new cullet suppliers.



Responsibilities:

•Establish and develop a qualified supplier base to grow cullet recovery volumes.

•Drive supplier growth and foster strong relationships through regular engagement.

•Ensure cullet quality standards are clearly communicated to suppliers and consistently maintained.

•Co-ordinate logistics between transporters and vendors.

•Monitor, report, and address variances in cullet and transport costs.

•Process new vendor applications and initiate all related workflows.

•Compile reports for regional performance analysis.

•Liaise and co-operate with TGRC, DFFE, and other key stakeholders in the recycling industry.

•Handle phone and email enquiries professionally, efficiently, and timeously.

•Perform general administrative duties.



Required skills / qualifications:

•Matric/Grade 12

•Commercial or Logistics Diploma will be advantageous



Experience & Knowledge:

•5 years Recycling, Waste Management, Logistics, Marketing and Sales experience.

•Proficiency in MS Office is essential.

•Basic knowledge and understanding of business principles and financial statements.
